When you send the contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected service need, message, privacy consent status, and optional mailing consent status. Your message may include relocation details such as arrival timing, household needs, visa status, property needs, or company move context if you choose to share them.

3. Why we use the data

We use enquiry data to reply to your request, prepare a scoped service proposal, and keep a record of the conversation.

If you separately tick the optional mailing checkbox, we may use your email address to send occasional relocation updates. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to an email or using the contact details above.

4. Legal bases

We process enquiry data because it is necessary to respond to your request before entering into a service agreement or because we have a legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Optional relocation updates are based on your separate consent.

5. Email provider and recipients

Contact form emails are sent through Resend. The form sends a copy to the email address you enter and an internal copy to Relocate Milan for follow-up. We do not sell contact details.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to manage the request, provide services, resolve follow-up questions, and meet legal or accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete an enquiry, we will do so unless we need to keep limited records for legal reasons.

7. Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may also withdraw consent for optional mailing. You can contact the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, if you believe your rights are not respected.
